1. Services
Krishna Overseas provides visa consultancy, documentation assistance, and travel-related advisory services. We act as intermediaries between clients and relevant government authorities.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
While we maintain a high success rate, visa decisions are ultimately made by the respective government authorities. Krishna Overseas cannot guarantee visa approval. Our fees are for professional consultancy services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. Any misrepresentation may lead to visa rejection, and Krishna Overseas cannot be held liable in such cases.
4. Fees and Payments
Consultancy fees are separate from government visa fees. Our fees cover professional services including documentation review, application preparation, and guidance. Fee structures are communicated transparently before engagement.
5. Refund Policy
Refund policies vary by service type and are communicated at time of engagement. Government fees paid to embassies are generally non-refundable regardless of visa outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
Krishna Overseas shall not be liable for visa rejections, delays, or decisions made by immigration authorities. Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for our consultancy services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
